Last updated October 27, 2026. This policy covers pgautodesign.com and the quotes, appointments and messages that come from it. "We" means Perfect Graphics Auto Design, 176 Detroit St, Unit 5, Cary, IL 60013.
What we collect
- What you type into our quote form: name, phone, email, vehicle, the service you want and any notes.
- How you found us, such as the ad or page you came from, so we know which advertising works.
- Standard analytics from Google (pages visited, device type). This uses cookies.
- Calls and texts with our business number, which may be logged so we can follow up.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to quote your job, book and confirm your appointment, remind you of it and follow up on the work. We do not sell your information.
We use a few service providers to do this: a customer management system run by Montar Digital LLC, email delivery, Twilio for text messages, and Google for analytics and advertising. They handle your details on our behalf and only for these purposes.
Mobile numbers and text consent
We never share or sell your mobile number or your text message consent to anyone else for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages.
SMS terms
- Program: Perfect Graphics Auto Design quote and appointment texts.
- What you get: your quote, appointment confirmations, a reminder the day before your appointment, and replies to messages you send us. No promotions.
- How you join: by ticking the unticked text consent box on our quote form, or by telling us on the phone that we may text you.
- How often: message frequency varies, usually a few messages per job.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time and you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to join again.
- Help: reply HELP, call (224) 833-9355 or email info@pgautodesign.com.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@pgautodesign.com. We keep job records as long as we need them for warranty and tax purposes.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
